Aventure Staffing is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy across multiple entities. The role focuses on capital structure, financial health, and disciplined oversight to align with shareholders’ long-term vision.

The CFO will drive strategic planning, governance, and risk management, oversee monthly reporting, and mentor the finance team while partnering with executive leadership to maximize profitability and growth opportunities in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial leadership across multi-entity operations.
• Long-term planning with 3-, 5-, and 10-year models, multi-entity budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation.
• Financial reporting & oversight: timely, accurate monthly statements, variance analyses, and division-level reporting.
• Governance & controls: robust internal controls, SOPs, and compliance with legal, tax, and fiscal requirements.
• Business development & expansion: evaluate acquisitions and capital projects via written plans and risk assessments.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with division heads and executives to align profitability goals.
• Team leadership: mentor finance staff and promote a transparent, high-integrity culture.

A local business is searching for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their growing team! The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for financial health, capital structure, and long-term strategic strategies across all affiliated companies. This role combines financial control and leadership. The CFO protects the business through disciplined financial oversight, strategic planning, accountability, risk management, and data-driven decision making while supporting the long-term vision established by shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Direct financial health, cash flow, debt management, and investment strategies across all multi-entity operations.
• Long-Term Planning: Translate shareholder vision into 3-, 5-, and 10-year financial models, multi-entity budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation frameworks.
• Financial Reporting & Oversight: Ensure timely, accurate monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and division-level reporting each month.
• Governance & Controls: Establish, audit, and enforce robust internal controls, standard operating procedures, and compliance with legal, tax, and fiscal requirements.
• Business Development & Expansion: Evaluate and model new business opportunities, acquisitions, and capital projects through written business plans and risk assessments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with division heads and executive leadership to align operational execution with high-level profitability goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor finance staff and champion a transparent, accountable, and high-integrity workplace culture.
