LJA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s strategic finance organization and partner with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth across multi-entity operations. The CFO will guide capital allocation, liquidity management, and long-term enterprise value creation.

The role requires broad financial expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional credential preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive senior financial leadership experience, incl. CFO or equivalent.
• Experience in M&A, corporate development, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on business performance, strategic alternatives, and resource allocation.
• Translate complex financial information into concise recommendations for leaders.
• Own the enterprise budget, long-range plan, and rolling forecast processes.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and debt management.
• Provide financial leadership for acquisition strategy, valuation, and due diligence.
• Maintain strong internal controls and cross-functional partnership.
