Camp.us in Idaho is seeking a transformational Chief Financial Officer to architect the financial infrastructure for a multi-entity platform and lead enterprise-wide strategy. This executive role partners with the CEO and ownership group to drive capital allocation, risk management, and long-range planning across construction, real estate, land development, and specialty services.

The CFO will build scalable systems, oversee treasury and reporting, and develop a high-performing finance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field) required.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership in construction, real estate, or development.
Deep expertise in WIP accounting, job costing, multi-entity consolidations, and project finance.
Proven ability to manage complex banking relationships and capital structures.
Strong GAAP knowledge and enterprise-level financial reporting.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Architect a modern, scalable financial infrastructure across multiple entities.
Drive capital strategy, investment analysis, and enterprise growth.
Lead multi-entity financial reporting, treasury, and performance optimization.
Oversee WIP, bonding, and project financing structures.
Collaborate with operations, estimating, project management, land development, and HR leadership.
