Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial planning and execution within a rapidly expanding insurance organization. Reporting to the President, you will shape growth strategy, oversee capital planning, and drive enterprise value through scalability and disciplined governance.

Ideal candidates have a CPA or MBA, 10+ years in finance leadership, and proven experience with M&A, financial diligence, and post-acquisition reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a growth-oriented organization.
• Experience with M&A including financial diligence, valuation, integration, and post-acquisition reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies supporting profitability and growth.
• Provide insights into revenue performance, margins, and compensation structures.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Oversee audits, compliance, and external reporting.

Education
