The Corporate Institute is seeking a highly experienced CFO to lead financial strategy, planning, and governance for its expanding operations. The role requires CA with 15-16 years of experience, hospital and health tech exposure, and international deal experience.

You will steer budgeting, cash flow management, banking relations, and tax compliance, while partnering with the CEO to shape growth initiatives, mergers, and cross-border projects in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• CA with 15–16 years of experience.
• Hospital experience preferred with Health Tech & Insurance industry exposure.
• Experience with international markets, mergers & acquisitions in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy and long-term planning.
• Oversee financial controls, accounting procedures and reporting.
• Ensure transparent disclosure of financial performance to stakeholders.
• Advise on revenue growth and cost reduction initiatives.
• Communicate risks promptly to CEO and board.
• Develop action plans to meet annual financial objectives.
• Coordinate monthly/annual financial plans with the executive team.
• Manage cash flow, billings, payments, and banking relations.
• Prepare tax documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build predictive financial models and strategic finance policies.
• Oversee MIS, taxation, and overall financial governance.
