• 10+ years in finance with senior leadership in a growing company.
• Hands-on M&A experience: modeling, diligence, structuring and integration.
• Proven track record raising capital and managing lender/investor relationships.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience building a finance function: close, controls, systems and team.

Aufgaben

• Capital and investors: lead debt and equity raises, manage lenders, own equity valuation and cap table, prepare materials for board and investors.
• M&A: build valuation and deal models, lead due diligence, structuring and integration.
• Planning and reporting: own budgeting/forecasting, long-range plans, monitor metrics and manage cash across entities.
• Operations and control: partner with accounting/tax/compliance, scale systems and lead the finance team.
