Tall Timbers is seeking a mission-driven Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will deliver strategic financial leadership and improve day-to-day operational effectiveness in a grant-driven environment.

The role oversees accounting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, and grant management across multi-state operations, guiding governance with the Board while partnering with programs and development to support conservation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, treasury, and grant-related management.
• Present forecasts to the Board of Directors and advise executive leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting for multi-state operations and grant programs.
• Partner with development and program teams to align financial strategy with conservation goals.
