The Center for Large Landscape Conservation (CLLC) in Bozeman, MT is seeking a seasoned Chief Finance Officer to lead finance, operations, HR, and IT. You will partner with the CEO and Executive Team to craft budgets, forecasts, and audits, manage restricted and unrestricted funds, and shape governance and risk management.

Your impact spans grants, contracts, endowment growth, and fiscal policy, while nurturing an inclusive culture and scalable systems for mission-driven growth across landscapes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or CPA preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive fiscal and accounting management experience in nonprofit sector; CFO/Finance Director experience is expected.
• Deep nonprofit GAAP accounting knowledge, financial reporting, and audit management.

• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
• Maintain financial controls, policies, and reporting for the Board and Finance Committee.
• Oversee grants, contracts budgets, compliance, and fund allocations.
• Manage payroll, investments, and banking relationships; oversee audits and tax filings.
• Lead HR, operations, and IT in a growing, collaborative team, ensuring compliant, scalable systems.
