Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Demonstrated CFO-level leadership of a complex nonprofit finance function.
• Experience with government grants, restricted/unrestricted funds, and grant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and multi-year financial planning aligned with mission and priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and liquidity management for programs and grants.
• Ensure GAAP adherence, internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
