Job summary

Greenberry Industrial, a subsidiary of NAES Corporation, seeks a Chief Financial Officer in Vancouver, WA to lead finance, accounting and operations. The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO, drive margin improvements, and oversee project finance for a non-union contractor across U.S. sites.

Requirements include 10–15 years in financial leadership, CPA or equivalent, and construction/engineering industry exposure. Travel is required; reporting to the executive team and board is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 10–15 years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Experience in engineering/construction finance is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a pivotal member of the executive leadership team.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Review internal controls and ensure financial integrity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI/driver analysis for profitability.
• Collaborate with external auditors and the NAES CFO Team.
• Manage cash flow and project margins across the organization.
