Job summary

Greenberry Industrial, a NAES subsidiary, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. The CFO will partner with the President to drive financial strategy, optimize margins on major industrial projects, and ensure strong internal controls across the organization.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in finance for engineering/construction, a hands-on management style, and a proven track record in reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder communication at both

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience with CFO responsibilities.
• Hands-on manager with strong ethics and communications skills.
• Experience in the engineering/construction finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audits.
• Manage month-end close, GL, and reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide strategic analysis to improve margins and profitability.
• Collaborate with the NAES CFO team and senior executives.
• Develop and mentor the finance staff.
