Job summary

Greenberry Industrial in Vancouver, WA seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, reporting, and controls for a growing non-union contractor in the engineering and construction sector.

The CFO will oversee financial planning, accounting, internal controls, and interactions with the CEO, board, and external auditors while driving margin improvement, cash flow, and project profitability across multiple heavy industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA and/or MBA are a plus; public accounting background preferred.
• 10–15 years of professional experience, CFO-level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit liaison.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across operations.
• Drive cash flow management and project profitability for construction work.
• Develop strategic financial plans and KPI-driven reporting.
• Collaborate with CEO, board, and external partners on risk and opportunities.
