The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a vital member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy to ensure long-term stability and growth. • Significant experience supporting unionized workforces, understanding collective bargaining agreements, union wages, fringe benefits, and related labor cost impacts.
• Strong financial systems expertise, with a history of implementing or optimizing ERP and reporting tools.
