Job summary

Greenberry Industrial, a NAES Corporation subsidiary, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, accounting, and operations for a non-union contractor with long-term projects across the U.S. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of improving margins and project profitability.

The CFO will report to the CEO, manage finance teams, internal controls, budgeting, and strategic planning, and interact with project sites and the corporate board.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/certifications are a plus.
• Excellent financial systems and reporting skills, with strong ethics and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination.
• Manage month-end close, GL, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOX/JSOX and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with NAES CFO team and executive leadership to drive profitability.
