Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will manage a four-person finance team, oversee governance, and guide decision-making to ensure long-term financial sustainability for the organization.

Job description

The client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic financial partner to the CEO and a key member of the senior leadership team during a pivotal period of stabilization and growth. The role will provide leadership to help transform the organization's financial operations by building real-time visibility, strengthening internal controls, and positioning the organization for long-term financial sustainability.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will lead across all financial functions and act as the primary financial advisor to the board. The role is expected to guide decision-making with clear, timely financial information and to support institutional excellence during a period of renewed leadership focus.

The CFO will manage a finance team of four, including a Controller and Finance Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing the organization's approximately $31 million annual budget and ensuring sound financial governance as the organization continues its growth efforts.
