Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• 10 years of experience strongly preferred.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage Intacct highly preferred.
• Travel to client sites locally, with occasional non-local travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add client value.
• Set financial policy with client and contribute to overall strategy.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, and KPI analysis.
• Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting.
• Oversee long-term budget planning and cost management.
• Monitor budgets and present operational metrics.
• Ensure financial staff maintains proper record systems and funds usage.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting, directing financial accounting.
• Coordinate audit activities.
• Manage multiple client engagements effectively.
• Build strong client relationships as a key team member.
• Develop external business networks to grow the Professional Services CAAS practice.
