CLA exists to create opportunities for our clients, people, and communities. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our CAAS practice in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform CFO functions, set financial policy, drive capital planning, and oversee budgeting and forecasting for diverse client engagements.

Experience: 8 years in accounting/finance; CPA preferred; travel to client sites; knowledge of QuickBooks. Bachelor’s degree required; strong leadership and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 8 years of relevant accounting/financial experience required.
• Retail or restaurant industry experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
• Prior project management and client management experience preferred.
• Travel required (local travel to client sites).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; combination of related experience may be accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client.
• Set financial policy and participate in overall strategy with the client.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Lead financial administration, planning, budgeting, and cost management.
• Monitor budgets and present operational metrics.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting; coordinate audit activities.
• Build strong client relationships and be a key member of the client management team.
