ADF Engineering in Miamisburg, OH seeks a Head of Finance to lead all finance functions and serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership. You will own GAAP close, project accounting, and cash flow planning to enable growth and profitability.

The role requires deep FP&A expertise, strong accounting acumen, and the ability to influence across operational teams. On-site work in the Dayton area is expected.

Qualificações

• Progressive finance leadership experience at Director/VP/CFO level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all finance and accounting functions for the organization.
• Own the monthly close to GAAP, including project-based revenue recognition & WIP.
• Oversee project accounting, WIP, utilization, backlog, job costing, and project profitability.
• Improve working capital, billing, collections, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, P&L, and cash flow forecasts for strategic insight.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration post-close.
• Drive financial controls, processes, and SOPs across the finance function.
• Develop relationships with lenders, auditors, and external partners.
• Build and scale the finance team as the business grows.
