• Direct and manage all financial operations of the District, including budgeting, accounting, financial planning, risk management, compliance, grants administration, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic guidance to support financial stability, operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
• Implement financial directives of recovery plans and foster accountability and transparency.
