Responsibilities

• Serve as chief financial and operational advisor to Head of School and Board of Trustees.
• Lead long-term financial strategy including multi-year modeling, enrollment scenarios, capital planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, debt, purchasing, audit, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, bond counsel, liquidity, and external auditors.
• Ensure timely, transparent financial reporting and provide analyses and KPIs to leadership and the board.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets aligned with institutional priorities and strategy.
• Direct IT function oversight and enterprise systems to support operations and reporting.
• Coordinate with facilities on campus infrastructure and off-campus properties.
