Job summary

BingX is seeking a results-driven CFD business development lead to grow our brokerage network in the United States. The role focuses on acquiring IBs, partners, and agents, while aligning with HQ for regional strategies and incentives.

You will monitor market trends, optimize client acquisition, and drive deposits, trading volume, and revenue, leveraging local market insights and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CFD, Forex, or multi-asset brokerage within the assigned region.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management to build high-value partnerships.
• Solid understanding of local client channels and IB/partner ecosystems.
• Fluent local language with English used for HQ and cross-regional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFD business development in the assigned country/region and hit sales targets.
• Identify, acquire, and develop local IBs, Master IBs, agents, and partners.
• Provide localized market recommendations in collaboration with HQ and teams.
• Monitor local market dynamics to inform strategy and incentives.
• Drive Net Deposit, Trading Volume, Revenue, and client retention against KPIs.
