The candidate will travel frequently, collaborate with Inside Sales, and drive revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building with stakeholders across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving territory growth and acquiring new customers.
• BA/BS in Chemistry or related science.
• 5+ years sales experience in the CRO/CDMO services industry.
• High growth company experience strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive spirit; thrives in ambiguity and growth environments.
• Curiosity to learn, and grit to overcome challenges.
• Able to handle fast pace and high volume of face-to-face interaction.
• Competitive, outgoing, motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to learn scientific information and educate others.

Responsibilities

• Achieve aggressive growth revenue targets by acquiring new customers and expanding current business.
• Prospect for new business using available resources and tools.
• Travel approximately 50% within territory to visit key customers and attend events.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to craft email campaigns for targeted customers.
• Schedule sales meetings with decision makers and deliver tailored messages.
• Track KPI metrics and analyze activity to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate onsite visits and introduce customers to chemistry and manufacturing leaders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on opportunities and strategy.
