Job summary

Adesis, Inc. is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional with CDMO industry experience to manage existing accounts and grow new business across the West Coast and Midwest regions of the United States.

The role requires a track record of territory growth, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. A BA/BS in a science field and 2+ years of CRO/CDMO sales experience are preferred. Expect travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent science-related field.
• 2+ years sales experience in the CRO/CDMO services industry.
• Strong technical competencies including CRMs and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive spirit; thrives in ambiguity and drives growth.
• Ability to handle a fast pace and high volume of face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve aggressive growth revenue targets by acquiring new customers and expanding current business.
• Prospect for new business using available resources and tools.
• 50% travel within territory visiting key customers/prospects and representing Adesis at industry events.
• Work with Inside Sales to create and send email campaigns to targeted customers.
• Schedule sales meetings with decision makers and deliver compelling product messages.
• Systematically track daily KPIs (cold calls, emails, appointments) to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Schedule onsite customer visits and introduce customers to chemistry and manufacturing leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence stakeholders and generate engagement across teams.
