Job summary

Adesis, Inc. is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional with CDMO experience to manage existing accounts and identify new opportunities in the East Coast region of the US. This role emphasizes ownership, high intent sales, and growth in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will drive territory growth, prospect new clients, travel to critical meetings, and collaborate with Inside Sales to execute campaigns, while closely monitoring KPIs to achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent science field.
• 5+ years sales experience in CRO/CDMO services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• High growth company experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset; thrives in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 50% in East Coast region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve aggressive growth revenue targets by acquiring new customers and expanding current business.
• Prospect for new business using available resources and tools to reach potential clients.
• 50% travel within territory, visiting key customers/prospects and representing Adesis at industry events.
• Work with Inside Sales to create and send email campaigns to targeted customers.
• Schedule sales meetings with decision-makers.
• Deliver sales messages aligned to Adesis offerings and persuasively close customers.
• Track daily KPI’s (cold calls, emails, sales appointments) and analyze activity to hit revenue targets.
• Schedule onsite customer visits and introduce customers to chemistry and manufacturing leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence stakeholders and generate engagement.
