Adesis, Inc. is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional experienced in the CDMO sector to manage existing accounts and pursue new opportunities across the West Coast and Midwest.

You will own revenue growth with a strong ownership mindset and experience in fast-growing environments. Ideal candidates will travel about half the time, conduct effective client engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving growth and meeting revenue targets.
• BA/BS in Chemistry, Engineering, or related science field.
• 2+ years in CRO/CDMO sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve aggressive growth revenue targets by acquiring new customers and expanding current business.
• Prospect for new business using available resources and tools.
• Travel 50% within territory to visit key customers and represent Adesis at events.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to craft and send campaigns to target customers.
• Schedule meetings with decision makers and close deals with clear value messaging.
• Track daily KPIs and analyze activity to hit revenue targets.
• Conduct onsite customer visits and introduce clients to chemistry and manufacturing leadership.
• Analyze territory trends and forecast market opportunities.
• Coordinate across functions to engage stakeholders and share best practices.
