Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a non-supervisory operations/administrative logistics coordinator for the Mobile Detection Deployment Program. The role supports surge deployments, NSSE events, and 24/7 operations with travel to multiple U.S. sites, including Herndon, VA.

Work involves developing deployment plans, interfacing with DHS toolsets, and producing SOPs and training materials. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in logistics/analysis, NIMS/ICS certifications, and the ability to obtain CDL B.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum operational experience in logistics, planning, analysis, database management, project management, and writing government documents.
• Knowledge of CBRN detection operations including planning, documenting, and reporting information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for the performance of duties.

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services to the locality supported based on constraints.
• Develop and support MDDP deployment plans and strategies.
• Interface with DHS toolsets, including ArcGIS and HSIN, for data/knowledge management.
• Manage MDDP tasking systems, operational requests, and deployment data.
• Support policy documentation and procedures for CBRN detection operations.
• Identify training requirements and develop training plans.
• Create MDDP training and exercise documentation system.
• Administer MDDP property management and travel to MDDP locations.
