Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking personnel for a non-supervisory CBRN operations role supporting DHS CWMD missions. The position involves coordinating with stakeholders, planning logistics, training on equipment protocols, and generating after-action reports. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites and surge deployments may be required, including nights, weekends, and recalls.

Site options include Mobile, AL, among others. Candidates should have extensive planning experience, leadership and strong technical writing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational planning and coordination of CBRN detection activities.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple teams on mission-critical projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for SITREPs/AARs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations
• Function as Project Manager when the project manager is absent
• Maintain file system for regional documentation and records
• Keep equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedure standards up to date
• Document fleet information per policies and report accordingly
• Adhere to DHS/MDDP standards including dress and communications
• Present information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program to stakeholders
• Provide training and answer questions on policies and equipment
• Submit Travel Approvals within 48 hours after OPORD
