Job summary

LAUKOA in Mobile, AL seeks a non-supervisory Operations, Administrative, and Logistics Coordinator to support the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) across CONUS/OCONUS sites. The role includes surge deployments, 24/7 shift work, weekends, and travel to multiple locations including Mobile, AL.

Responsibilities cover tailoring plans to local constraints, developing deployment plans, managing tasking systems, supporting policy implementation, and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum operational experience in logistics, planning, analysis, database management, project management, and writing government documents
• Familiarity with NIMS/ICS or equivalent would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services to locality based on constraints
• Develop and support MDDP deployment plans and strategies
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN) for data/knowledge management
• Manage MDDP tasking systems and deployment data
• Support policy implementation to sustain CBRN operations
• Identify training needs and develop training plans
• Create MDDP training and exercise documentation system
• Administer MDDP property management and equipment inventory, including travel
