Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a non-supervisory operations, administrative, and logistics coordinator for the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP). This role supports surge deployments, NSSE events, and 24/7 operations across CONUS/OCONUS, including travel to multiple sites such as Portland, OR.

The job requires 5+ years in logistics/planning, CBRN domain knowledge, NIMS/ICS certifications, secret clearance, and fluency in English, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and hold CDL B within 3 months.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum operational experience in logistics, planning, analysis, database management, project management, and writing government documents.
• Understanding of CBRN detection operations including planning, documenting, and reporting information.
• Possess National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command Structure (ICS) certifications and courses (i.e. ICS 100, 200, 700).
• Demonstrates robust tracking, planning, logistical, and writing skills.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services listed to the locality supported, based on constraints and environmental factors.
• Develop and support MDDP deployment plans and tailored strategies.
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN, etc.) in support of MDDP data management.
• Manage and coordinate MDDP tasking systems and deployment data.
• Support document development, strategic planning, and policy implementation for CBRN detection operations.
• Identify training requirements and develop MDDP training plans.
• Create an MDDP training and exercise documentation system.
• Administer MDDP property management, including fleet and equipment inventory.
