Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a non-supervisory professional to coordinate with stakeholders, manage equipment, plan logistics, and train on CWMD protocols. The role supports DHS CWMD operations and requires frequent travel to multiple sites, including Herndon, VA.

The position entails surge deployments, NSSE events, 24/7 shifts, and recall during contingencies. You will document, report, and brief diverse audiences while maintaining strict program standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years in operational planning and coordination of CBRN detection activities.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain CDL Class B within 3 months.
• Proven leadership, public speaking and technical writing skills (SITREPs/AARs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for duty performance.
• Ability to travel over 50% annually and read/write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations and support project management when needed.
• Manage and maintain regional documentation file systems and records.
• Maintain equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedures per MDDP policies.
• Document, track, submit and file fleet information per DHS policies.
• Comply with DHS/MDDP/CWMDP codes of conduct and communications standards.
• Present information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program to stakeholders.
• Assist in training and answering questions on program policies and equipment.
• Submit Travel Approvals within 48 hours after Operations Orders are issued.
