Job summary

LAUKOA seeks personnel to support the Mobile Detection Deployment Program with emphasis on logistics, planning, and CBRN operational expertise. The role includes coordinating deployment data, creating training plans, and interfacing with ArcGIS/HSIN to ensure readiness for CONUS and OCONUS missions.

The position requires experience in government document writing, NIMS/ICS certifications, and the ability to travel and operate in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced training/experience on an MDDP team or CRE elements (e.g., CST, CERFP, HRF) or other DOD/DHS/DOJ CBRNE teams.
• 5 years minimum operational experience in logistics, planning, analysis, and government document writing.
• Knowledge of CBRN detection operations, planning, documenting, and reporting information.
• NIMS and ICS certifications/courses (e.g., IS-100, 200, 700)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services to supported locality based on constraints.
• Develop and support MDDP deployment plans tailored to environments.
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN) to support MDDP data/knowledge management.
• Manage and coordinate MDDP tasking systems and deployment data.
• Support document development, strategic planning, and SOPs for CBRN operations.
• Identify training requirements and develop training plans for MDDP.
• Create an MDDP training/exercise documentation system.
• Administer MDDP property management and fleet inventory, travel as needed.
• Develop CONOPs, SOPs, job aids, brochures, and handbooks for operational support.
