Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a non-supervisory CBRN operations professional to coordinate detection operations, plan logistics, and train stakeholders. The role supports surge deployments, NSSE events, and CONUS/OCONUS travel with 50 lb equipment handling and 24/7 readiness.

The position requires a Secret clearance, extensive CBRN SME experience, and hands-on use of detection devices. Travel and extended hours are expected, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in operational planning and coordination of CBRN detection/preventative activities.
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, public speaking, and technical writing (SITREPs/AARs).
• Ability to carry equipment up to 50 lbs. and travel over 50% per year.
• Active Secret Security Clearance; CBRN SME; experience with CBRN detection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations.
• Function as Project Manager when PM is absent.
• Manage and maintain regional documentation and file systems.
• Maintain equipment, tactics, and procedures per MDDP policies.
• Document fleet information and compliance with DHS policies.
• Present information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program to stakeholders.
