Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a non-supervisory CBRN operations coordinator located at multiple sites including Portland, OR, to support CWMD missions. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, managing equipment, planning logistics, and training on program policies and procedures.

Expect travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites and potential surge deployments, with 24/7 shift considerations and recall during contingencies.

Qualifications

• 10 years in operational planning and coordination of CBRN detection/preventative activities
• Demonstrated leadership, public speaking, and technical writing skills (SITREPs/AARs)

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations
• Function as Project Manager when the project manager is absent
• Manage and maintain regional documentation file systems
• Maintain equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedures by completing training
• Document, track, submit, and file fleet vehicle information per policy
• Adhere to DHS/CWMD/MDDP standards including dress code and communications policies
• Present information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program to stakeholders
• Train and answer questions on program policies, procedures, and equipment
• Submit Travel Approvals within 48 hours of Operations Order
