Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a non-supervisory operations/support specialist to coordinate MDDP deployment planning, logistics, and data management across CONUS/OCONUS sites. You will interface with ArcGIS and HSIN, manage tasking systems, and help develop SOPs and training materials for CBRN detection programs.

Required with at least 5 years of operational experience, strong writing skills, and a Secret clearance. Travel, extended hours, and recall operations may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum operational experience.
• Logistics, planning, analysis, database work.
• Management, project management, and writing government documents.
• Familiar with CBRN detection operations and reporting.
• Has NIMS/ICS certifications (ICS 100/200/700).
• Strong tracking, planning, and writing skills.
• Proficient in multiple tracking/analysis tools; clear communication.
• Willing to adapt to policy changes and program needs.
• Secret clearance; CBRN subject matter expert.
• CDL Class B or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Tailor MDDP deployment plans to locality constraints.
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN) to support data management.
• Coordinate MDDP tasking systems and deployment data.
• Support policy/procedure development for detection operations.
• Identify training/ exercise requirements for MDDP.
• Create training documentation and SOPs.
• Manage MDDP property and equipment inventory; travel as needed.
• Develop CONOPs and operation support materials.
