Job summary

Levy, at Q2 Stadium, seeks a Catering Sales and Operations Manager to coordinate internal and external catering events, develop menus, and manage cost controls. You will oversee labor, food costs, preparation, transportation, setup, operation, and post-event cleanup to ensure flawless service.

The role requires leadership, a proven sales track record, and strong knowledge of menu trends and fine dining. Expect some weekends, nights, and holidays as part of hosting premier events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years catering sales experience or 2 years in hospitality.
• Supervisory, scheduling, training and coaching skills required.
• Ability to write menu proposals in consultation with chefs.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with A/V equipment.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops managers and drives service standards.
• Creates operating statements, reports, and budget reviews.
• Plans catering activities, bookings, and events.
• Prepares proposals, contracts, and banquet orders.
• Monitors budgets and financial targets.
• Maintains client/vendor relationships.
• Ensures HACCP safety and sanitation compliance.
• Handles related duties and special projects; may include weekends.
• Oversees event setup, transport, and post-event cleanup.
