Levy is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account, leading a team of associates and managing client relations. You will ensure the food quality meets high standards and aligns with the approved budget while maximizing value for the client.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of fine dining management experience, strong wine and food knowledge, and solid purchasing acumen; ServSafe is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; be versed on pairings.
• Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
