Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton San Diego is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive catering and event revenue in a bustling meetings space. You will build relationships with corporate clients, craft proposals, and coordinate events with culinary and operations teams to deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires proactive sales, strong negotiation, and meticulous planning. You will lead site tours, presentations, and post-event follow-ups to secure repeat business and uphold the hotel's service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years catering sales or events in hotel/hospitality.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software; knowledge of hotel PMS is a plus.
• Relevant hospitality or event planning certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute catering sales strategies to win new business.
• Conduct sales calls, site tours, and proposals.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and planners for repeat business.
• Coordinate event planning with culinary and operations teams.
• Oversee post-event wrap-up and client follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
