Job summary

Lennox in Richardson, TX is seeking a senior Category Manager to own strategy and performance of key product categories. You’ll translate analytics into actionable plans, optimize pricing and assortment, and present results to senior leadership.

Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, and sales to drive growth. HVAC industry experience and CPCA/CPCM are preferred, with a strong track record of data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, product management, or a related field.
• HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• CPCA or CPCM certification preferred.
• Experience with software tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to support both immediate objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Own category performance, monitoring sales, margins, inventory, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and present to senior leadership.
• Optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning to maximize profitability and market share.
• Collaborate across marketing, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, sales, and e-commerce to ensure seamless category plans.
