Job summary

Lennox International in Richardson, TX is seeking a strategic Category Manager to own complex product categories and drive revenue and profitability through data-driven decisions. You will shape category strategy, optimize pricing and promotions, and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, merchandising, pricing, and supply chain.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in category or product management (HVAC preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, product management, or a related field.
HVAC experience strongly preferred.
CPCA or CPCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies that support objectives and growth.
Own category performance, monitor sales, margins, inventory, and KPIs.
Translate data into actionable recommendations and present to senior leadership.
Optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning to maximize profitability and market share.
Partner with marketing, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, sales, and e-commerce teams.
