Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a strategic sourcing professional to lead global supplier negotiations, drive cost reductions, and optimize the supply base for HVAC parts. This onsite role in Richardson, TX offers exposure to cross-functional teams and the opportunity to influence long-term category strategy in a multinational environment.

You will develop and implement sourcing plans, manage supplier relationships, and ensure continuity of supply while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing industry or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial parts and supplies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement systems; ability to analyze data and negotiate effectively.
• Independent executor with strong ownership, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Flexible and creative problem-solver; capable of interacting with executives and across international contexts.

• Negotiate complex supplier agreements and manage commercial terms.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and data-backed sourcing strategies.
