Job summary

Saint-Gobain, through its CertainTeed Offsite and Resilient Solutions division, seeks a Senior Category Manager to lead procurement strategy across North America. You will drive supplier selection, contract negotiations, and a robust contractor network for windows, doors, and related materials.

The role partners with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Finance to ensure supply continuity, cost discipline, and project execution excellence, leveraging SAP and digital tools to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
• Experience in the construction industry, ideally residential/commercial/building supply, with contractor management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies delivering competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts supporting growth and cost discipline across projects.
• Source and structure contractor and crane operator networks for dependable execution and warranty support.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape offerings and negotiate supplier agreements for windows and doors.
• Improve purchasing operations through SAP and other digital tools to support scale and visibility.
