Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting construction, material distribution, or project-based sourcing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of category strategies for complex or high-impact spend areas, including multi-year roadmaps and sourcing pipelines.
• Conducts advanced spend, market, and supplier analyses to identify consolidation opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing events, including bid strategy, stakeholder alignment, and supplier negotiations.
• Structures and manages preferred supplier programs, MSAs, and contractor compliance requirements with respective departments.
• Establishes category governance and supplier performance routines with scorecards and risk mitigation plans.
• Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Risk to drive program adoption and resolve escalated supplier issues.
• Develops category performance reporting showing financial impact, service performance, and supplier compliance trends.
