Job summary

Zenith Home Corp. seeks a data-driven Category Manager to lead, develop, and maintain category initiatives for Wal-Mart. You will track sales trends, perform market analysis, and influence modular process decisions by delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities include analyzing planograms, optimizing assortments, and building trusted partnerships with buyers to drive sales and productivity across key categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPG experience necessary.
• Experience in sales, analytics and planning, category management, or brand management.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Strong database management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and maintain category management initiatives for key categories at Wal-Mart.
• Identify and track current and future sales trends and express as market share results relative to the marketplace.
• Identify and implement sales and customer analysis to influence decision making in the modular process.
• Analyze planograms to optimize assortment using productivity, pricing, promotions, product, or placement data.
• Build and maintain planograms for buyers to maximize sales and productivity.
