Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Category Analyst, Walmart Advisor in Rogers, AR. You will work as part of the Category Advisor Team to optimize category performance using planograms, data analysis, and consultative category management with customers.

You will develop planograms, analyze multiple categories, ensure data integrity, and create reporting tools while leveraging BLUE YONDER space planning. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with some travel.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in Business or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of syndicated data and space management.
• Excel expert for migrating data into reporting tools.
• Occasional travel required.
• Familiarity with shopper/panel data and space management.

Responsibilities

• Develop planograms aligning with customer category strategy and visual standards.
• Analyze multiple categories and allocate fixture space based on performance and potential.
• Ensure data integrity of planograms and libraries.
• Demonstrate knowledge of BLUE YONDER Space Planning for planograms.
• Create planogram reporting tools and automated reports.
• Perform analyses to derive category insights and drive growth.
• Share category trends and opportunities with customers.
• Create reports on market and rest of market performance, distribution, velocity, pricing and promotions.
• Establish strong knowledge of the customer and category.
