Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel seeks an Executive Director of Procurement to lead sourcing, warehousing, and inventory control across multiple properties.

You will report to the CFO of Cordish Gaming with dotted lines to COOs, building a high-performance procurement team and optimizing $300+ million in annual spend. You will develop strategies to improve quality and reduce costs, streamline processes through technology, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance or Purchasing) required; MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of sourcing experience at director level in F&B or general goods/services.
• Experience building procurement departments from the ground up.
• Willingness to travel to all properties and obtain necessary licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy for Gaming, Hotel, F&B, Marketing, IT, G&A.
• Develop cost models, make-buy analyses, and total cost of ownership analyses.
• Oversee procurement and warehousing for multiple markets.
• Select and implement procurement and warehouse tech systems.
• Align procurement programs with company strategic plans.
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost reductions.
• Collaborate with finance to optimize asset flow and controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and vendor development goals.
