Responsibilities

• Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing processes and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet goals.
• Participate in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting with CFO.
• Lead talent development and supervise senior management.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder communications.
• Represent the casino in community and tribal relations.
