Job summary

Wind River Hotel & Casino in Riverton, WY seeks a Slot Manager to lead the Slots Team, oversee the Technical and Operations Division, and maximize revenue while ensuring compliance with gaming laws. You will direct on-shift staff, monitor floor activity, and work with management and tribal offices on machine operations and customer issues.

The role requires a 5+ years of casino Slot technical experience with supervisory background, strong leadership, budgeting, and policy development.

Qualifications

Associates degree required or waived by Executive Management.
Five years casino Slot technical experience with at least two years supervisory level.
Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Must have working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated track record of reliable, responsive, and creative performance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

Exhibits superb team leadership and partnering ability while working with staff.
Assists with long-term strategic planning for Slots; aligns with mission and business strategy.
Implements guest service standards; monitors staff and corrects deficiencies.
Performs walk-throughs to ensure product placement and safety standards.
Manages and supervises Slot Techs and Slot Attendant staff.
Develops and implements departmental policies; manages staffing and budgets.
Reviews financial statements and forecasts to increase profits and cut costs.
Works with other departments and regulators to meet departmental goals.
