Wind River Hotel & Casino in Riverton, WY is seeking a Surveillance Director to oversee the Surveillance Department, ensure compliance with internal controls, and coordinate with the Northern Arapaho Gaming Agency. The role directs daily operations, trains staff, and monitors all gaming activity using live and recorded feeds.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate US work authorization during employment verification.
• Must pass a background investigation.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Wyoming Driver's License valid.
• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with NAGA and Casino Management to correct internal controls violations or security concerns.
• Directs daily operations of the Surveillance Department.
• Assists in development of gaming policies and procedures.
• Supervises Surveillance Technician/Surveillance Agent activities.
• Monitors gaming activities via live, recorded, and personal observations.
• Operates surveillance equipment and control systems.
• Prepares and maintains detailed, factual records and logs.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; on-call as needed.
