Job summary

Wind River Hotel & Casino, Riverton, WY, seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day casino operations, hospitality services, and strategic execution with the CEO. You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies in a complex gaming environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in casino operations, hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities
