Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years gaming financial operations experience.
• 3–5 years gaming finance supervisory experience.
• Experience with Infinium GL and related systems.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all casino cage and related activities.
• Direct soft count and pull team operations.
• Oversee gaming and non-gaming revenue audit functions.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission and IRS rules.
• Coordinate monthly revenue reporting.
• Recruit and develop department staff.
• Communicate with management on staffing and policy issues.
• Interact with IT to ensure financial systems deliver data.
